At Coloring Magic, we strive to provide the best possible experience with our custom-made products. Since each item is made-to-order just for you, our return policy is designed to be clear and fair. Please read the following information carefully.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-Made Products: All physical products are custom-made, and as such, they are non-returnable unless there is a defect or issue directly related to the manufacturing process. We encourage you to double-check your order details, including size, color, and style, before completing your purchase.

Digital Downloads: All digital download products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the purchase is complete. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Please ensure you have reviewed the product description and compatibility before making a purchase.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if the wrong physical product was sent, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos showing the defect or damage

Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost to you, or provide a full refund, based on your preference.

3. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by you, we will notify you. You can choose to have the package reshipped at your expense, or we can issue a refund minus the shipping costs.

4. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, we will contact you. You can choose to have the package reshipped at your expense, or we can issue a refund minus the shipping costs.

5. Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles. Please refer to the product sizing charts and descriptions to ensure the best fit before placing your order.

6. Timeframe for Claims

All claims for defective or incorrect physical items must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of your order. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

7. Return Shipping

For approved returns due to defects or errors, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For any other returns that may be authorized, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

8. Digital Downloads

All digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Please make sure to review all product descriptions and compatibility requirements before purchasing digital products.
